   We provide 3D scanning & detailed engineering works for ship owner and EGCS technical company during retrofit projects.
B. Project Management
   We help ship owner to manage the complete retrofit project from technical agreement stage to the final approval from class.
C. Procurement
   As we have good understanding of the system, and familiar withe local suppliers, we help owner on procurement upon request.
D. Technical consulting 
   Based on our good experience on technical and our special experience on EGCS/ BWTS retrofit, we provide the full technical 
   consulting upon request. 

   The following activity was mainly done for EGCS and BWTS retrofit.

   1.Provide technical consulting for design and purchase, solve interface issue.
   2.Provide interface solution between EGCS/ BWTS and ECC.
   3.Provide interface solution between EGCS and Engines.
   4.Provide interface solution between EGCS/ BWTS and MSB.
   5.Provide interface solution between EGCS/ BWTS and GPS.
   6.Provide interface solution between EGCS and data transmission.

E. Installation supervision 
   We work on installation supervision during vessel in shipyard as the following activity:
   1.Kick off meeting before vessel alongside shipyard, and technical disclosure.      
   2.Confirm all the working process/ retrofit procedure/ prepare equipment and manpower to guarantee smoothly and correct operation of the vessel.    
   3.Confirm all the cutting line, where to remove the old structure/ pipes, confirm the new equipment position, to deal with all the design defect.     
   4.Coordinate all the interface between supplier and the vessel.     
   5. Organize shipyard working and push shipyard to work according to schedule.
   6.Solve collision point and design defect.    
   7.Coordinate all the related contractors on board timely.       
   8. Apply for missing materials purchase and coordinate the supply plan.    
   9. Organize on site inspection/ running test and make punch list.
   10. Prepare daily report with issue and daily progress.
   11. Coordinate docking / un-docking / sailing plan with shipyard.

F. Commissioning 
   We provide full experienced automation engineer and electrical engineer to working on commissioning of complete 
   EGCS system include PLC/ gas analyzer/ water analyzer and BWTS system. 


G. Upgrades
   We work on all kind of upgrades according to owner’s request such as EGCS wash water filtration system/ data collector & remote surveillance system and so on.
